Hi, I’m TAD INBODEN.
The Jar We Leave Behind is for anyone tired of trying to satisfy their soul's thirst in all the wrong places.
The name comes from John 4, where a woman encounters Jesus at a well. After tasting his all-satisfying presence, she leaves her water jar behind (v. 28). She found something (or should I say, someone) so much better that she didn't need her jar anymore. That’s what happens when you taste living water. You leave your jar behind!
So in this blog, we're exploring the Bible to discover the countless ways the triune God (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) satisfies what our hearts are truly longing for: a full and abundant life.
